My Proud Pets always makes every work of art exactly according to the customer's wishes, and therefore the normal return conditions of the online store do not apply to our products. Because My Proud Pets artwork is customized to the customer’s personal preferences, we are unable to resell them, which is why we unfortunately cannot accept product returns. Please take this into account when ordering.
You have been delivered the wrong product or want to cancel your order
In the event that the product delivered to you is incorrect, incorrectly sized or otherwise defective, we will, of course, replace it with a new one. A defective or broken product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product in order for the terms of the refund to be met. We cannot promise a full refund for notifications made more than 48 hours after receipt of the order.
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours after the order is placed, we will process it on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, unfortunately, we cannot promise a full refund of the order. This is because our artists usually start working on orders as soon as they place an order.
A poor quality photo results in a poor quality work of art
Poor quality images lead to a poor quality work of art. The work of art is made on the basis of the image that the customer has sent us when ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the image he uploads is of high quality and complies with the My Proud Pets order terms. Unfortunately, if an image uploaded by a customer does not meet our quality requirements for the photos, we cannot promise a high quality work of art.
The customer can add comments to the order if he wants to make special requests about it. Unfortunately, however, we cannot fulfill all our wishes. For example, we cannot add facial features to a work of art that are not present in the sample image sent to us. However, we can make small corrections to the model image, such as removing red eye in photos.
The example works are made on the basis of high-quality model images
When ordering, please note that all sample works on our site are based on high quality and high resolution sample images. They do not match the actual result that will result if the submitted Sample Image is of poor quality. Blurry or otherwise poor quality model images will inevitably lead to a result that is lower quality than the models presented on our page.
Our artists cannot realize a high quality work of art from a photograph that is not clear. But they are absolute professionals in their field. If the photo you upload is of high quality, you can be sure that the artwork depicting your pet is remarkably first-class. So make sure that the Sample Image you upload meets the quality requirements for My Proud Pets photos.
